Description
Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 自動化及機電整合研究所 === 98 === This study developed Rectangular bellows solid models by Computer Aided Design (CAD) to obtain the original design data. The loaded stress and displacement observed by Finite element analysis before production. Then the optimal parameters from affected factors of dimension design were obtained by using Taguchi Methods. Besides using Taguchi Methods and Finite element analysis, fuzzy inference is used to combine Taguchi quality engineering and fuzzy theory to develop Multiple Performance Characteristics Index (MPCI) of fuzzy design in order to achieve multipurpose quality characteristics. It will achieve goals by not only decrease materials volume and displacement but also increase the loaded stress. These will greatly help in design of cross-section dimension of Rectangular bellows.
