Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 自動化及機電整合研究所 === 98 === Based on the given displacement under the specific pressure, this paper aims to explore the stress failure analysis for welding bellows which have the different forming angles and various profile radii. According to the tendency of analyzed results, the derivation of maximum stress and influenced rigidness located on the welding bellows would be conducted to the optimal radius parameters. By means of the analysis of two-dimensional stress in axial direction, the buckling phenomena and maximum stress concentrated on welding sections of bellows could reduced by the proper design of radii. The hands-on experimental framework was constructed to verify the ANSYS simulations. The comparison of error percentage between experimental results and simulations has proven that the authenticity of stress failure analysis for welding bellows because the buckling behaviors always followed up the varied displacements depended on radius stress and rigidness.
