The inspection system is opto-mechatronics technology, it including communication, automation mechanism, optics, machine vision and software. This study focus on two parts: (1) Optics Inspection - Micro-drill’s outer diameter and wed thickness are measured by optical-micrometer. (2) Vision Inspection - Micro-drill’s image defects are differentiated by DFT and FFT. Developing a non-destructive inspection system can search any defects area and pixel amount. In this inspection system is not only analysis the difference between image of micro-drill’s defects, but also save the inspection time effectively.
