A management database for the system is also developed. As the registration ports of remote controller and receiver are connected, the administrator can add the user information into the database. Through the database, the administrator can dynamically remove, pause, or enable the authority of each remote controller. The controller has two control units to control the specific receiver if there are two registered receivers in the control range.
