Therefore, how to provide effective interactive patterns to vitalize the digital contents, to encourage the learners involving and devoting into the learning activities, has become important issues in developing superior digital learning. It can be found from the global trend that information and communication technology has been led into the teaching field gradually. A study from EU points out that by introducing information and communication technologies into compulsory education brings positive influences on teaching and learning. The learners not only participate more in related activities, but also show more interests in learning. From the mathematics testing result of “The Programmer for International Student Assessment”, it has been proven that adopting information and communication technologies in teaching improve the learners' learning achievements indeed. Thisthesis focuses on developing the interactive digital content applied to interactive Javawhiteboard teaching from information and communication technology and establishing interactive teaching and learning effectiveness evaluation for the development of spindle. In addition, the approaches applied to the research are integrated framework with innovation, creation, interaction and feedbacks.
