Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === The contents of teaching material designed for e-learning have to utilize the interactive features of multimedia, to guide the learners to focus on learning, to enhance the cognition, understanding and retrospect of learning contents, and to increase the opportunity of self-guiding and exploring in learning process. Therefore, how to provide effective interactive patterns to vitalize the digital contents, to encourage the learners involving and devoting into the learning activities, has become important issues in developing superior digital learning. It can be found from the global trend that information and communication technology has been led into the teaching field gradually. A study from EU points out that by introducing information and communication technologies into compulsory education brings positive influences on teaching and learning. The learners not only participate more in related activities, but also show more interests in learning. From the mathematics testing result of “The Programmer for International Student Assessment”, it has been proven that adopting information and communication technologies in teaching improve the learners' learning achievements indeed. Thisthesis focuses on developing the interactive digital content applied to interactive Javawhiteboard teaching from information and communication technology and establishing interactive teaching and learning effectiveness evaluation for the development of spindle. In addition, the approaches applied to the research are integrated framework with innovation, creation, interaction and feedbacks. The goal of this thesis is, with the assistance of tools developed with information technology, the learning and teaching materials, the content explanation, and the interactions among teachers and students can be digitalized, and furthermore, the innovations in teaching and benefits in learning can be promoted.
