Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === In this study, the pressure of unemployment point of view, to explore the involuntary unemployed, and information behavior in response to stress the connection between the nature of involuntary unemployed, trying to understand the behavioral characteristics of information. Because since the end of 2008 since the global financial crisis and economic recession, the spread of globalization be very difficult for Taiwan's exposure to the storm outside, resulting in highly educated population, the rapid rise of unemployment. When the non-voluntary nature of the unemployed lost their jobs after the dual constraints of time and economic self-will generate tremendous pressure; so if we can help them to express their views in response to pressure and to obtain useful information, can allow the crisis into a turning point.
This study used qualitative research methods, interviews, 20 non-voluntary nature of the unemployed in order to analyze them to feel the pressure of unemployment during the light of the way, and the unemployment situation in the behavioral characteristics of information and influencing factors. The results in the study found that involuntary unemployment that the economy is driving them to the greatest pressure in their daily lives on the main reason, followed by is life planning, peer, family and other four groups. The other involuntary unemployed people the information they need during periods of unemployment were job information, unemployment benefits information, people without any information, a second specialty information. Their quest for information is mainly to get job opportunities in order to solve the unemployment problem and alleviate the pressures caused by unemployment, such as two kinds of purposes. In this process, which will be subject to the surrounding social networks, personal values and experience and other factors. Finally, based on the results of this study to explore in order to provide academic and practical, on the relevant recommendations.
