Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === Under the globalization impact, there are huge changes on the internet technology development and global economic to change the business travel. This research investigated the model of business travel demand side and supply side by interviewing four corporate business travel managers and four business travel suppliers and distribution agent. The results revealed that there are five trends from demand side of view: 1. Management of T&E policy enforced, 2. Cost down conscious trend, 3. International travel security program adopted, 4. Detailed product information and powerful travel management report, 5. More effective cross channels travel booking platforms. There are also five trends from supple side of view: 1. Increased global service ability, 2. Service value repositioning, 3. Multi channels booking platform, 4. Adopted high advanced technology, 5. Reshaped the human resource management. Finally, the following suggestions are provided for business travel industry: 1. Overcome the internal challenges of corporate: There are challenges from: Well communication with different departments; Organized internal information; Balance the needs and priorities between headquarter and branches. 2. Reposition of business travel agency and service proposition: To meet the demand of market, business travel agency strive to provide more competitive and full services, develop new S.O.P. to organize more product information on internet. Keep it open to discuss with clients’ need and agency’s service proposition.
