Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === This research probes into the entrepreneurial models of Internet start-ups. We expect to understand the difference of entrepreneurial management under various business models through conferring Internet entrepreneurships. In this research, three Internet entrepreneurships are picked to be interviewed regarding its Internet characteristics as well as three dimensions of its entrepreneurial management (opportunity, resource, and team). After compiling the interview contents, we summarize the difference and characteristics of Internet entrepreneurship based on entrepreneurial process of Timmons model. The results are as below: 1.Opportunity for entrepreneurship Timing is the key for successful entrepreneurship, especially for the time when transferring technology platform. For the Internet, it is usually the beginning of business opportunity as the technology changes and replaces the outdated one. 2.Resource for entrepreneurship The other key for entrepreneurship is to manage the resource. Every entrepreneurship will encounter bottleneck when reaching certain stage. At that time, it requires more manpower, capital, and technologies and so on to break through and grow to another stage. If lacking of resource and confidence, it would be another good strategy to consolidate website with other entities with more resource. 3.Team for entrepreneurship If you can find a good partner with complementary advantages, the entrepreneurship is half assured. Only a team with complementary advantages can bring the team’s potential into full play, which is also undoubtedly better than a one-person entrepreneurship. In order to build a team with complementary advantages, we need different talents including patient administrative head, strategic leaders, R&D, and marketing specialists…etc. None of the above could be eliminated to form an entrepreneurial team.
