Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === This research studies on the relationship among work stress, work morale and stress-relieved measures for the medical information staff of the regional hospitals in Taipei. From the finding of this study, suggestions are proposed to reduce work stress and to increase performance for medical information staff. The research investigates relationships among stressor, perceived stress, stress response, work morale, individual differences by questionnaire based on the stress model proposed by Robbins and Steer. The study receives 121 effective questionnaires from 500 issued ones with the effective response rate of 24%. The questionnaires are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and Hierarchical regression analysis. Main findings include: 1.The stressor does not have significant influence on the perceived stress for medical information staff. 2.For medical information staff, the fact of the stressor influences on the perceived stress is partially interfered by the individual differences. 3.The perceived stress does not have significant influence on the work morale for medical information staff. 4.The perceived stress has significant influence on the stress response for medical information staff. 5.For medical information staff, the fact of the perceived stress influences on the stress response is partially interfered by the stress-relieved measures. This study also found that most medical information staffs have type A personality and internal control personal character. Back pain is the most common symptom in reflecting work stress. The conclusion of this study provides suggestions for health care institutions, personnel managers, and for information enterprises on stress management as well as on medical service improvement.
