However, most of the research was to examine the enterprises and IT service providers, mainly among the very rare IT stationed workers of IT outsourcing research and discussion.
Therefore, this thesis of information service providers, IT stationed workers as the research object is to explore the characteristics of their IT work assignment and life quality, hope to understand the outsourcing service supplier can provide information that measures to address the IT stationed workers needs in order to reduce the IT stationed workers quitting tendency. In this thesis, job characteristics and life quality, based on IT stationed workers to leave the relevant factors.
In this study, 400 questionnaires were distributed, 339 valid questionnaires, the effective rate were 84.75%. Through statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis and other methods to summarize IT stationed workers quitting, expected to help retain good IT outsourcing provider of IT stationed workers in order to avoid IT stationed workers separation, resulting in IT outsourcing service providers need to develop new information which led to their IT stationed worker costs, and directly or indirectly affect the standard of service they provide.
