We use the Chi-squared test and binary logit model to analyze a factor of influence on job satisfaction. Especially, we also emphasize in recent years to “uses a talented person in an insignificant position” the phenomenon which occurs in the labor market. We selected the literature in the past to influential related variables on job satisfaction. We find results via Chi-squared test:Under 0.01 statistical remarkable levels, the professional license, the total mean grades of graduates, to occupy the position of management, each month salary, the education level of current position and working time to be remarkable;Under 0.05 statistical remarkable levels, it demonstrated that the school types are relative to the job satisfaction. But gender, majors in the domain, education levels of father and mother and service organization do not influence obviously. We discover under binary logit model that those who are the female, the professional license, the privately university of science and technology, the privately institute of technology, majors in the commercial management and the humanities domain, the total mean grades of graduates result in 80~89 points, whose father has bachelor degree (and above), whose mother has the faculty degree, the senior high school, serves the government organizations, holds the position of management, each month salary above 57,801 dollars, the current position to the education level in the moderate education (university), the full-time job, the higher job satisfaction. But the male, no professional license, the public university of science and technology, the public institute of technology, majors in the medicine and other domains, the total mean grades of graduates result above 90 points, whose father has the faculty degree, the senior high school, whose mother has bachelor degree (and above), serves the private agency and the school, has not held the position of management, each month salary below 22,800 dollars, the education level of current position to be over-education (below faculty), the part-time job, has the lower on job satisfaction.
