Many studies have been described over the past demographic changes affecting the financial markets, But in Taiwan, this area of very few research papers. The purpose of this study to observe the situation of countries in the world to explore the population structure and quality of foreign direct investment inflows for any impact. The empirical results are that: in general factors, GDP, EFI of the total foreign direct investment inflows are positively affected. In Population factors, supporting the elder dependent population ratio and the elderly population than the foreign direct investment between the two factors exhibited with the negative relationship
