The suicide rate in the society has also increased accordingly. The number of suicides in The Republic of China, Taiwan, from 3930 people in Year 96, up to 4128 people in Year 97, a great increase of 198 victims (Department of Health, 2009). Given the high pressure nature of the society, how to improve people’s positive attitude toward pressure is a topic worth of exploring. In this study, a variety of samples of employees in the Taiwan enterprises are collected, in order to explore diverse perceptions of the staff, with different personality, toward their well-being, with organizational climate as a moderating variable, and also to discuss the co-relationships between organizational climate vs various employees with different personal traits, associated with feelings of well-being. The purposes of this study consist two prospective: one is to explore diverse perceptions of the staff, with different personality, toward their well-being and the another is to discuss the co-relations between organizational climate vs. various employees with different personal traits, associated with feelings of well-being. As this research is to investigate the personality characteristics, organizational climate and the relationships between well-beings, assumptions in this study are made as following: The personal traits of staff well-being toward perceptions of well-beings have a positive effect; organizational climate has a positive effect on various employees with different personal traits toward the feelings of well-being. The results show: 1. the personality traits of well-being has a positive influence. If staff positive personal traits are good, the happy feelings increase relatively. 2. organizational climate has a positive effect on various employees with different personal traits toward the feelings of well-being . If the degree of perception to organizational climate is high, the perception of well-being by employees is enhanced. The results of this study is to help enterprises to understand their own climate, and, thus the companies would be able to recruit the workers with the right personalities, who are more fit to the company climate. Other goals of this study are to allow enterprises to notice the importance of employees feelings of well-beings, and also to provide managers some effective managerial guidelines.
