碩士 === 世新大學 === 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === Under the transformation of national defense and public’s wishes, cutting down the duration of National Service, promoting positively of army recruitment based on “ Recruitment and Volunteers” principles to expand the en-listed soldiers includes reserve NCOs, re-unit the en-listed NCO squads or terminates the recruitment process. Therefore, the en-listed soldiers are able to upgrad to the higher quality soldiers through the basic trainings and then through the professional skill trainings,and become the NCOs. Building up a system of en-listed soldiers and NCOs could help the shortage problem of cutting down the duration of National Service. Facing the problem of en-listed soldiers turning to NCOs – How to upgrade the work satisfaction to increase the willings of turning into the NCOs?
