Therefore, the en-listed soldiers are able to upgrad to the higher quality soldiers through the basic trainings and then through the professional skill trainings,and become the NCOs. Building up a system of en-listed soldiers and NCOs could help the shortage problem of cutting down the duration of National Service. Facing the problem of en-listed soldiers turning to NCOs – How to upgrade the work satisfaction to increase the willings of turning into the NCOs?
