The organizational culture, professional value and idea of military personnel is different from civilian. Also, it can be found in the literature that value establishment and inculcation of military education (environment) has negative effect on moral judgment of military personnel. By " cognitive moral development theory " of Kohlberg, "defining issue test questionnaire (DIT)" and " scale of military socialization" taken assessment tests on cadets, as well as statistical analysis of SPSS, LISRE, the results show following: 1. Military education (environment) has negative impact on moral judgment of cadets indeed. 2. Educational level of parents has no significant impact on moral judgment of cadets. I think that military education (environment) has negative influence on moral judgment of cadets due to the unique ethical value of military personnel. The weakening of parent’s influence is due to the diversity of knowledge and the phenomenon of global village. Finally, based on empirical results of this study, here is some suggestions on moral education of military education. 1. The curriculum should be taken intensively (3-12 weeks) by interactive discussion and guided with inspiration. 2. The curriculum should apply " dilemma education model" of international events, history of war and actual case study. Keywords: cognitive moral development theory, moral judgments, Kohlberg, DIT 余桂霖 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
