碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 98 === Purpose of this study is whether responding special needs of military mission causes in being part of individual moral awarness as a moral identification for cadets. It observes that the students entered in the Army school, if they brought their general social culture and moral values in this environment. When they are facing the impact of mandatory military education in this environment, we want to know what kind of the process of their moral development. This research is to understand when individuals enter the strange areas of environment and the primary moral is not appropriate to this area, we want to understand what the process of moral transformation will be. Thus, in order to extend the theory in this field, this thesis is expecting to answer when a person meets resocialized process, their transformation traces of moral identification will be.
