The clustering helps Taiwanese small and medium size companies in particular to win their positions in worldwide competition. Taiwanese government vigorously promotes the strategy of clusters in pursuing the industrial prosperity. This study investigates the multiple dimensions consisting of entrepreneurship, market orientation, network, along with their relation with SMEs’ e-cluster adoption. The proposed model and hypotheses are tested with the help of the conducted survey from local industry people. Both the measurement confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods employed indicate that the adoption of e-cluster has a positive relationship with entrepreneurship, market orientation and network dimensions. Our findings about local industrial clusters of Taiwan have important policy implications in promoting e-cluster adoption and confirming its benefits for SMEs.
