Moreover, in order to reduce the communication overhead and prolong the network lifetime, it is desirable to find a CDS of small CDS size, diameter, and Average Backbone Path Length (ABPL).Currently, the researches about constructing quality CDS in terms of size, diameter, and ABPL, is a kind of top-down approach CDS construction. However, this top-down approach CDS construction incurs the redundant dominators. Thus, we propose a bottom-up approach CDS construction which can construct CDS effectively.
