Under the systematic research structure, this study aimed to find out the key factors to successfully develop globalized supply chain cash flow, to provide some suggestions for banking business, as well as to promote the competitiveness and operation profits. The case commercial bank is the study subject. Through the literature review and the questionnaire survey, this study uses the Factor Analysis method to reduce variables and to find the key success factors to develop globalized supply chain cash flow. The result of the study shows that there are eight key factors, all of which are marketing strategy, globalized strategy, core competitiveness, customer loyalty, competitor strategy, human resources and organization, market supply and demand relationship analysis, and internationalization strategy. This study also provides three suggestions on improving and developing the execution of cash flow plan for the case company. Firstly, in order to cope with the change and challenge of financial environment, the company should establish a specialized department and hire a high-hierarchy executive as well. Secondly, in establishing the long-term goals of the global logistics plan of cash flow, the circulative lead-in planning is suggested.
