In order to cope with such circumstances, the enterprise shall continually adjust and improve itself in a highly competitive environment to keep the operation running permanently and seek for the probable growth. Enterprise will experience different level’s operational issues as business’s growth. But the enterprise could explore the crisis and problems in advance through mechanism of business diagnosis. Furthermore, it also could introduce new technology, management concepts, processes, systems to sustain the operation in order. Based on datum collection, observation and interview to formulate the problems, business diagnosis also dig out the root cause of what happened, and look for the method of problem solving. OLAP possess the feature of multi-dimensional analysis which can make the most effective application to the management of enterprise information, as a result,which meet the purpose of business diagnosis. In other words , the hybrid of survey and analysis process is the critical success factors of business diagnosis. In short, OLAP providing the tool of quantitative analysis in business diagnosis, which furthermore integrated with the on-site observation, in-depth interviews and the ripe experiences of consultants, would enhance the breadth and depth of problems to achieve the excelent performance for business diagnosis.
