In this study, related domestic and foreign scholars of literature, by Bailey and Pearson (1983) have developed a "user satisfaction" questionnaire as the main reference model, and construct the DeLone & McLean (2003) proposed information system success model ( Is Success Model) of the structure, used in cases of C Company verified the successful model of information system user satisfaction factors, also affect the ERP system to summarize the key factor in user satisfaction, expected to understand and grasp the allocation of limited resources, and taking into account the case of user satisfaction, because the demand for the company itself should be the premise of integrating internal resources and to achieve the successful implementation of ERP systems into effective. The results of this study show that DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model (Is Success Model) The system quality, information quality, service quality on user satisfaction with the three positive influence, the case C company ERP system users with different backgrounds user satisfaction was no significant difference, indicating the company ERP System C User Satisfaction line Information System Success Model (Is Success Model) said, is a successful case.
