碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業創新與創業管理研究所 === 98 === The study aims at investigating the relationship between organization-innovation climate and school effectiveness of junior high schools.According to surveying the questionnaires for 427 junior high schools teachers in Kaohsiung County and analyzing the results,data processing to descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson, gradually return, the main findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1、The teachers of Junior High Schools take a positive attitude to organization-innovation climate. 2、The teachers of Junior High Schools take a positive attitude to School Effectiveness. 3、Male teachers ,the following 48 classes size school, educational background is general University are aware of better organization-innovation climate. 4、Male teachers ,older, period of service less, educational background is general University 13 or more classes size school are aware of better school effectiveness. 5、The “Autonomous innovation” can predict school effectiveness best among innovative climate of organization. According to the findings and conclusions, the researcher provides suggestions for educational administrations, junior high school, teachers and suggestions for further research.
