Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 98 === With development of Taiwan’s economy, the healthcare industry has rapidly developed due to elevation of economic and living standards. Under the popularization of education and increase of consumer consciousness, people also have increasing demands and expectations for hospital service quality. Thus, the maintenance of patients’ healthcare service quality patient satisfaction, as well as hospital management performance, are issues that demand much attention from various healthcare institutions.
This study uses questionnaire sampling method to collect data from patients of out-patients clinic of various levels of hospitals. A total of 360 questionnaires were released, and 300 valid samples were obtained; the valid return rate was 83.33%. The data were analyzed by SPSS suite software. The results show that: (1) the service quality provided by medical care personnel has a significant sway on patient satisfaction; (2) the service quality provided by medical institutions has a significant sway on patient satisfaction; (3) the service quality provided by medical care personnel and medical institutions has a significant sway on patient satisfaction.
