The operation mode of three companies are different, the small enterprises are the single-store business, medium and large enterprises are adopting chain approach, the information of the case was collected from the case interviews and literature reviews. In the research framework, the core was based from the four factors of competitive advantage which operated by Hill and Jones(1998): efficiency, quality, innovation, and customer response. According to the literature, the researcher found out the value of the four main activities in reparative industry: marketing management, project management, case management and customer relationship management, the information emerge the research framework of institute of repair chain business model. Then the researcher started the case analysis by the information of each case through research framework. Study found that there are many different sizes in pre-existing reparative industry, like small, medium and large; each has its own niche market. If reparative businesses want to expand the scale of operation, they can be adopted by the chain of direct operation and the way such as parallel, and to extend more locations to expand its business. The human resources of the project can also adopt outsourcing as to enhance the number of assigned cases; the procurement of economies of scale can lower material prices, service prices can be more competitive, with centralized management can make more efficient.
