The aim of this study is from the CEO’s point of view to explore the strategy management plans in different kind of International Tourist Hotel business models. Employing qualitative research method, snowball sampling was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 10 well- experienced CEO’s who are working in International Tourist Hotels. All of interviewees have at least 14 year work experiences in Hotel industry and at least received two kinds of business models work experiences. All of them have processed from a period of time as basic- level employees, and also got abundant job rotation experiences in Room Divisions or F &B Dept.. Four of them have worked for six hotels and four of them have worked in international chain hotels. The findings show that the personality of self- learning will be considered while electing of CEO. And the willing to get the challenge of working in different regions or different chain systems will be a plus. Second, CEOs take the 8 operational indexes which announced by Tourism Bureau as guidelines. Third, Franchise is the top one choice of business models for chain International Tourist Hotels since its low cost, high profitability and self decision- making power. On the other hand, management contract will be a good choice for the owners who are laymen in this industry. Fourth, sometimes the surroundings make extremely damages to the hotels. Therefore, in order to minimize the damages, the study generalizes 8 kinds of operational strategies. Fifth, compared to the independent hotels, chain hotels get good performances on accommodation rate and profitability. Sixth, in order to reduce the conflicts among the departments, the supporting systems should be well- organized.
