Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 98 === The theme of this thesis is to build an automatic accident reporting system for car rack and elderly fall based on smart-phone’s G sensor and GPS. The system first learns the normal G-force profiles for both car-driving and human walking and jogging. When the sensing G-force is analyzed to be abnormal, the system automatically reports the GPS coordinates to the back-end server for timely and necessary actions. As i-phone is currently the secondly most widely used smart phone around the world, we implement the system on i-phone platform. The experimental results demonstrate that the accurate reporting rates for human walking and jogging are both >97% if the phone is held on the body steady. The results also show that the accurate car-rack reporting rate for remote-control cars is >95% for collisions from the front, the back, and the side.
