It was based on a sample of health care system in Taiwan. Total of 405 questionnaires were issued; 106 questionnaires were valid. The return rate was 26%. The results show that: (1) There is a positive correlation between incentive and work value under low and high task uncertainty. (2) There is a positive correlation between work value and task performance under low and high task uncertainty. (3) Work value show full mediation between incentive and task performance.
