Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 會計學系研究所 === 98 === This study explored the relationship between incentive and task performance in different kind of task uncertainty, and tried to through work value to improve the relationship between incentive and task performance. It was based on a sample of health care system in Taiwan. Total of 405 questionnaires were issued; 106 questionnaires were valid. The return rate was 26%. The results show that: (1) There is a positive correlation between incentive and work value under low and high task uncertainty. (2) There is a positive correlation between work value and task performance under low and high task uncertainty. (3) Work value show full mediation between incentive and task performance.
