In this study, LSBMW factor has: 1.The tyrosinase activties inhibition rate surpasses 100%.2.The B16F10 melanogensis (includes very high Melanin) is not any explicit desalination effect. Then at pH 4, 5.5, 6.8, 8.3, 10.2 PBS do tyrosinase activities inhibition use the LSBMW factor, Ascorbic acid and derivative. Result is 1. LSBMW factor has over 100% inhibition at pH 6.8 PBS. Because LSBMW factor with tyrosinase became to hydrogen bonding compound. 2. LSBMW factor is not easy to be hydrogen bonding at pH 10.2 PBS and inhibition lower to 52%. 3.
