Survey method was used in this study to study employees in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital. 130 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 120 valid responses were collected and analyzed. The findings were summaried as follows: 1.Job content plateauing was not significantly related to Transfer of Training. 2.Hierarchical plateau was not significantly related to Transfer of Training. 3.Self-efficacy had a significant and positive impact on Transfer of Training. 4.Locus of Control had a significant impact on Transfer of Training.People who had higher degree of internal Locus of Control were more likely to transfer training effectively.
