Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 98 === The main purpose of this study is to examine career women plateauing, self-efficacy, and locus of control on the effectiveness of transfer of training. Survey method was used in this study to study employees in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital. 130 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 120 valid responses were collected and analyzed.
The findings were summaried as follows:
1.Job content plateauing was not significantly related to
Transfer of Training.
2.Hierarchical plateau was not significantly related to
Transfer of Training.
3.Self-efficacy had a significant and positive impact on
Transfer of Training.
4.Locus of Control had a significant impact on Transfer of
Training.People who had higher degree of internal Locus
of Control were more likely to transfer training
effectively.
