Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 98 === Abstract This is the action research of Internship Education Plan in the R&D at Flying Cow Ranch from January, 2007 to July, 2008. The main purpose of the human resource plan has performed and utilized in the learning organization from farms to the resorts in Taiwan and leisure industries. One of the results of this research is the reflective practice between the individuals and the working teams. Another result is the active operation of the resort activity and the last but not the least, the third, the practitioners serving as researchers in the process as a whole. The management plan was held by the research in three phrases, including “Pre Start” as the initial stage Start”, as the second one and “Post Start” as the last step for the research. The rhetoric of natural and culture in Central Youth Dairy Farm and activity design were both manipulated and introduced in the research. This research is focused on the AR process of learning organization, including diagnose, acting, looking and thinking. The staff of resorts at Flying Cow Ranch had experienced reflective practice on Job designing, supported from supervisors or managers of the company and organizational culture. With certainty, it is appropriate!
