However, the street fashion show in our ongoing around quietly. A group of buskers always bring a lot of festive atmosphere to people, even if they do because of life or interest. The researches of Enterprise Value Management in the past mostly focus on manufacturing and services industries, for cultural and creative industries or arts-related research are relatively less and less. A busker is a part of the cultural creative industry; the cultural creative industry combines inspiration, creativity and also achieves future development potential, employment and transformation opportunities in Taiwan. The study by the management of business model constructs a business model for buskers, discusses the value and position of buskers, and analyze how buskers to meet the audience’s requirement to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of buskers in the future.
