Using situational-design method, 4 questionnaires, with different job types, were designed. Total 930 questionnaires were obtained and the statistic method of T-test, ANOVA, MANOVA and Scheffe were used. The results show the gender role traits influence their decision. It indicates that different job types will significantly affect peoples’ willingness of participation of the SWT program. And participants’ gender role traits, measured by the Bem Sex Role Inventory (BSRI), also do significantly affect their willingness of participation of the SWT Program. We found female has more masculine gender role traits than male in addition. It’s very different from their sex roles. It also points out the phenomenon of feminism rising year by year. However, are there any other reasons to affect their decisions for attending the SWT program? And the scholars could study further the relationship between sex role and gender roles traits.
