Although the government agencies promote co-ordination unilaterally will have some effect, however it is not really quickly and effectively way for schools to handling and responding problems appropriately in E-administration. The main purpose of this study is that addresses the electronic organization and system integration problems effectively in school administration. The use of information systems developing methodology is to establish a unit platform, compile historical data, collect relevant experience, and the results sharing all of these providing administrative experiences for all levels schools can develop knowledge community, integrate human resources and then allow Administrative staff sharing knowledge and experiences by E-administration networks, improving management and technical capabilities.
