Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === The Ministry of Education began giving impetus to IT education in schools and administrative electronic work, integrating of internal resources and administrative organizational functions, under such circumstances, the fundamental purpose of this policy, E-administration of schools at all levels has already become the main working focus. Although the government agencies promote co-ordination unilaterally will have some effect, however it is not really quickly and effectively way for schools to handling and responding problems appropriately in E-administration. The main purpose of this study is that addresses the electronic organization and system integration problems effectively in school administration. The use of information systems developing methodology is to establish a unit platform, compile historical data, collect relevant experience, and the results sharing all of these providing administrative experiences for all levels schools can develop knowledge community, integrate human resources and then allow Administrative staff sharing knowledge and experiences by E-administration networks, improving management and technical capabilities.
