The CEO have to face the Operational complexity, high degree of business risk and high market competition that result from the two strategies.CEO whether the pay level will be affected? Therefore, this study examined the explanatory power of the degree of internationalization and the diversification on CEO compensation. The results for testing the study model indicate that regression model achieves significant overall. In explanatory power of individual variables, the both the degree of internationalization and diversification achieve significant, that is the higher degree of internationalization and diversification of the firm, the higher the level of CEO compensation.
