Previous studies found that shape the ethical climate may affect the employees job satisfaction, and there are positive, negative and no effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction will also impact. The purpose of this study to clarify the relationship between the ethical climate and job satisfaction, and transformational leadership for the further study of ethical climate and job satisfaction of the interference effect.
This study was a survey, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression to view the intermediary, and 287 valid questionnaires from the study found, first, there are positive relationship between ethics climate and job satisfaction.;second, Transformation leadership existence part interference effect. Finally in this research to establish the framework and empirical results, certain management practices of the implications and recommendations for further studies.
