A systematic review of environmental Kuznets curve and carbon dioxide emissions related literature to understand the current situation of domestic and foreign research and results. And test the Taipei metropolitan area's economic development and the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions, and whether there EKC inverted U-relationship.
