碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 地學研究所 === 98 === This study focuses on how female marriage immigrants adaption process of participate in labor market, and discuses population change and family’s composition by marriage migration and the female marriage immigrants’ population distribution. Using research method of questionnaire and interview, the author was interviewed twenty-two employed women. In conclusion, I would like to state the following three points. First, the government policy authorize the female marriage immigrants’ work right and educational background. The female marriage immigrants’ job search and limits by family expect and social standard. Second, female marriage immigrants bear double pressure from “family” and “society”, also face to adaption of “labour market”. Still need to balance play role of domestic worker and labour. Final, transnational migrant affect labour market population composition has different nationality. By marriage connection, the immigrants’ foreign labour transforms into Taiwan’s labour.
