Today many countries in order to solve this problem, proposed to "urban renewal" policies to cope with it. Urban Renewal makes aging areas redevelopment , giving a new look for this areas and look forward to improve many problems arising from this ares.But the implementation of this policy, resulting in an enormous amount of benefit. Has led to many groups through their own power base playing with national laws, in order to derive the distribution of benefits after the reorganization of space. In this study, the researchers use " Lin-Kou Community " Urban Renewal Case as a case study. Researchers to discuss the rights of the residents after the Urban Renewal policy. Study found that after the distribution of the housing area is not owned by residents of the real size . And in public facilities and land ownership, the allocation of the principles of social justice does not exist in this case.
