碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 中山學術研究所 === 98 === At the very beginning, the essay is proceeding with the research and analysis of the gamble history and innovation in Taiwan. Secondly, the researcher attempts to prove there’s considerable relation between the gambling behavior and the popularity of gamble around the world from the ancient to the present, and extend to diverse gambling phenomenon. And further, through the psychological point of view the researches intends to investigate if gamble addicted on account of human gambling personality; moreover, it also demonstrates the existence of human gambling personality by means of present medical science. The research of the liberation policy for gambling industries, in addition to exploring the history of gambling and the relation of human gambling personality, there’re other researches and investigations focusing on the demands for releasing the gambling industries. As a result, the researcher will study from different directions, including natural environment, tourism and public construction, to find out the main conditions for releasing the gambling industries. And what does Taiwan possess? Afterwards, the thesis will explain the merits and defects of the regions which are suitable for gambling industries through all conditions that Taiwan possess. Due to the positive and negative effects to countries and certain open areas while releasing the gambling industries, the researcher will explore economical structure, social relief and tourism development accordingly. Will it be advantages for the areas/countries, or adverse effects? The main purpose of the research is to find out the appropriate area to develop gambling industries in Taiwan. As a result, designating Penghu, Kinmen, Cijin as the main areas, and taking these three main districts into account needs to do comparison and analysis. Furthermore, expecting to discover if the regions fit the gambling industry needs and anticipating there will be contributions help the open of the gambling industries in Taiwan. Finally, the researcher will conclude with perspectives and opinions when discovering the problems of gambling industries during the investigation, and moreover, provide suitable suggestions.
