碩士 === 亞東技術學院 === 纖維與材料應用產業研發碩士專班 === 99 === Abstract This research is uses the luminescence obviously in the textile design, utilizes in the LED sport wears, the LED saved clothes, the LED wedding gown, the solar energy LED pockets, the LED illumination shoelace, the LED tent and so on various textile design. We hope can develop the multi-function smart clothes with different fields union's development pattern, promotes into individual fashion, good hand touch, washable, dry cleanable and wearable and the daily necessities transforms into the life in the creativity products. The research flow including the luminous element appraisal, the illumination clothing development plan, the clothing design, the version manufacture and the part links, the sample to pull, the system conformity, the laundering fastness experiment and the function benefit appraisal. The result showed that the light obviously fabric may penetrate the side exposure the way to present the overall surface shape illumination, the EL kneading board may also penetrate the pattern design way addition image lively. Moreover, the LED yarn itself has high winding, characteristics and so on waterproofing and 30Kgf breaking strength, may combine to form directly by the mechanical sewing way with the fabric the terminal application product, uses the LED pattern which and the company serially connects, therefore the sole luminophor suffers injury does not affect other illumination quantity body, the terminal has the high flexibility using the product with to bear the laundering. Expected that this kind of light obviously textile the different industry union discussion, besides uses in putting on generally with the textile, in the future may widely apply in domains and so on at night caution, entertainment leisure, transportation, aviation navigation, structural purpose textile, home decoration, defense industry.
