Summary:碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 98 === Government is promoting e-government services actively in recent years. We hope to achieve high-quality network features by convenient services. The most representative in E-government is the electronic tax- filing system. Due to the internet tax-filing is the application of information technology. This research use TAM and integrate TRA for base structure. Then add "Perceived Training" and "Computer Self-efficacy" to discuss which factor effect taxpayers using the internet tax-filing. This research collected 326 valid questionnaires by the taxpayer who used this system. We use SPSS 12.0 to analysis. Second step is reliability analysis, and then use LISREL to test and verify rationality of this structure and causal relationships. After Data has been analysis, we found that perceived training on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were positive. Computer self-efficacy on the perceived ease of use was positive. perceived ease of use、perceived usefulness and Subjective Norm on Using Attitude were positive. Finally, the result can provide Theoretical and some advises on Practical.
