| Summary: | 碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 98 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the participating situation and obstacle factors for the students of Overseas Chinese University to participate in the leisure exercise and obstacle factors, moreover, we will explore the different background variables involved in leisure activities and the differences among obstacle factors. In this study, a questionnaire survey method for data collection will be carried out.The non-random sampling method of convenience sampling was adopted for sample selection from the students of Overseas Chinese University, and 192 valid questionnaires were obtained. These valid questionnaires were obtained by factor analysis descriptive statistics, independent samples T test and single factor ANOVA analysis.The results found as follows:
1.The students of Overseas Chinese University take part in leisure exercise with a fixed exercise,the statistical data is 51.6%.
2.The top five obstacle factors of participarting in leisure exercise for the students of Overseas Chinese University are climate, individual habits,lazy for exercise, an excessive people number for exercise factors and personal fitness.
3.The students of Overseas Chinese University for the sequence for the dimensions of leisure obstacle factors are environmental factors,personal factors,movement factors and social factors.
4.According to the statistical analysis, it exhibts that the gender and petty cash are significant differences.
