This goal is in to solve the question of the speed reduce with the vibration and make the work effectively. The discussion about Dynamic simulation analysis and structure analysis using the design of the cycloid drives gear tooth profile. From the analysis compare their differences: new gear tooth profile and skew angle design of the traditional cycloid gear. Using the Solid Works to build a new project of gear tooth profile and prove the curve of mathematic model is correct. At first, using the COSMOSMotion and the COSMOSWorks corresponding three major parts of the manufactured component speed reduce increase moment with dynamic simulation analysis and structure analysis, obtained angular velocity with movement variation curve and structure stress variation. And then, run an integral whole analysis. Then observes the vibration of the gear tooth during the operations and analyzes the influence of the structure stress variation. The gear tooth profile α3.5° is able to improve the vibration of cycloid drives gear tooth profile and the moment average value.The results found in the current study will shed some lights on the research of cycloid drives gear tooth profile for the academia and industry.
