Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 機械與機電工程研究所 === 98 === In this study, a innovative honeycomb heat-sink structure by hot chamber die-casting is fabricated, and use the experimental to study the Nuselt number effect of the different Ra (5×10^5 to 1.3×10^6), the different angles ( 0, 45, 90 ) and the different structures. Then take the IR photo with honeycomb heat-sink structure to study of temperature distribution. Finally, the actual measurement method to study the thermal conductivity coefficient effect of the hot chamber die-casting.
In results, the honeycomb heat-sink structure shaping was good by die-casting, but the manufacturing process to reduce the thermal conductivity coefficient 70%. The order to improve the chimney effect by decrease height of honeycomb heat-sink structure, however the results show, to increase the value of about 50% of the Nu. The honeycomb heat-sink structure change angle in three kinds (0, 45, 90), reduce the maximum value of Nu at 90, the Nu decrease almost 2.5% ~ 5%. If the future use of aluminum die-casting, will meet the LED to the heat problem, and creating complex shapes LED lamps.
