Although the optical designer has the best of optical systems and optical sensitivity analysis in the design phase. But the optical system design almost is not absolutely perfect. Our main discussion will focus on how to understand the basic optical theory and make optical lens of process ,and use of Taguchi Method ,then we can find strengths and weaknesses in making of high-resolution cell phone lens and find a balance between the design and the manufacture. Through most economical Ways to find the best process, then the development schedule and Competitive strength improved . In this thesis our main discussion will focus on how to use optical analysis software to create simulation model and use Taguchi Method to investigate the centering tolerance ,thickness tolerance , centering error ,surface form tolerances.etc of high-resolution cell phone .Then we will assess control factors , process capability and select important control factors for MTF value of quality characteristics. We can achieve the most optimal design to use Taguchi Method .And design to use aspheric lenses of polycarbonate, and use lens structure to 4P (the 4 Plastic lens) for response to miniaturization of optical lens. The amount of theoretical error will be designed and manufactured to minimize the difficulty .We can find the most economic ways and the best combination of control factors. Then we will complete with the future development trend of high-resolution cell phone lens. As a reference of future development tendency in making of high-resolution cell phone lens.
