In order to promote the Hakka culture, executive Yuan Council for Hakka Affairs, the special Hakka e-learning institute has provided a multi-dimensional an study platform, this research is using the Hakka E-learning institution as researching platform and environment to explore the key factors of the usage influencing. The experienced user as targets, we tried to explore the influencing key factors of gathering, transmitting, sharing, and feed backing. The results shown in the five factors of UTAUT and Flow are performance expectancy, effort expectancy , facilitating condition and flow experience are significant in usage. while user behavior is directly influenced by behavior intention and communication channels. Furthermore, using moderators such as genders, age, of use as effecting factors in our study shows that genders and age of use have impact on behavior intention. We do hope these finding, results and reflecting can be the motivated points of Hakka Culture innovation, also can be a good accomplishment for knowledge accumulation and delivery.
